Nucleic Acid Columns

Concise Separations has been manufacturing HPLC columns for nucleic acid separations since we helped invent Denaturing HPLC back in 1994. When these columns are used in ion-pairing mode, they are ideal for purification of ssDNA, dsDNA,mRNA, rRNA, siRNA and oligonucleotides from 10 bases to 100k bases.  If you need pure fragments, then Concise Separations has the nucleic acid column for you.

Why Reverse Phase RPSep?

  • Perfect for biological samples that have an acidic or basic matrix. 

  • Polymeric columns are pH stable from 0 to 14. 

  • No need for shielding as these columns are robust due to highly cross-linked polystyrene polymer. 

  • You can even use a column oven to enhance separations as the PRX-1 polymeric beads do not decompose.
